# Welcome

Welcome to PagerSync!

PagerSync will turbo charge your on call productivity by setting your team's on-call user group alias in Slack with your on-call from PagerDuty Schedule.

The major features and advantages of PagerSync are:

* Create and Manage user groups in Slack
* Map these user groups with on call rotation schedules from PagerDuty and Ops Genie.
* Mapping a single user groups to multiple on call rotations schedules. This lets you create groupings of your on call teams like all front end teams, all backend teams or infra teams.
* Using the same on call schedule across multiple user group mappings.

With this integration you can streamline the communication with your development and support teams.

If you're in a hurry, check out this video that demonstrates PagerSync end to end.
