At this point PagerSync is installed on your slack instance

Install PagerDuty

PagerSync relies on OAuth integration with PagerDuty. PagerSync only requires read only access to PagerDuty.

Click on the link within the app home page to link to PagerDuty. PagerDuty will take you through an OAuth flow to install the app on your instance. Ensure you grant access. If the flow goes through smoothly, you will get a page that PagerDuty was installed successfully.

At this point go back to the home screen of the app. Navigate to another page and come back to the PagerSync App Home. If you still see the old screen which does not show that the PagerDuty link is updated, then refresh the slack by using the command + r for Mac or control + r on windows.

Your home page should look like this.

Ops Genie Integration

PagerSync also supports OpsGenie now.

You can integrate it through API key.

Step 1: Create a key in Ops Genie with read and configuration access.

Step 2: Store this key into PagerSync
